Questions about billing and limits.

Is the free plan actually free, or “free trial” free?
Actually free, forever. No card needed. You can run the cold-email scan, see which databases have your email, and apply the suggested inbox filters yourself - all without paying anything. We make money when you decide you want the nanny to file the removal requests for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One button in the dashboard. No retention surveys, no “are you sure?” loops. You keep access through the end of your billing period and then drop to the free plan automatically. No data is deleted unless you ask.
What if a removal request doesn't work?
If a database refuses to comply within 30 days (the GDPR statutory limit), the nanny escalates with a follow-up and notifies you so you can file a complaint with the relevant authority. We don't refund a month just because one specific database stalled - but if the nanny fails to send removals at all, that's a refund.
Do you offer team or company plans?
Not yet. Inbox Nanny is currently per-individual. If you're interested in a team plan - covering all the execs and managers at your company - drop us a line. We're prioritizing based on demand.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards via Paddle. We don't store your card info - Paddle handles billing and PCI compliance. You'll see “Paddle / Inbox Nanny” on your statement.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes - 2 months free if you pay annually. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Money-back guarantee?
14 days, no questions asked. If you upgrade, decide it's not for you, just reply to your receipt within 14 days and we refund the full amount.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No fees either direction.
What about GDPR / data residency?
All inbox data is processed in-region (EU users on EU servers, US users on US servers). We never train AI models on your data. We never sell or share inbox content. Full privacy policy here.
